When should you call an emergency locksmith?
Locked out
A gust of wind and you are stuck on the landing. We get you back in without damaging the door.
Door locked shut
The key refuses to turn or the bolt resists: we identify what is blocking before acting.
Broken key
We extract the fragment lodged in the cylinder and check that the mechanism has not been damaged.
Jammed lock
A sticking cylinder, a stuck bolt, a worn mechanism: we free it or replace it on the spot.
Lost or stolen key
We open the door, then replace the cylinder straight away: no one else will get in with your old keys.
Attempted break-in
We restore the locking system and fix the weak point the intruder tried to exploit.
How does the call-out work?
First contact
Call or WhatsApp: describe the situation, send a photo if possible, and we set off right away.
Quote approved before work starts
The locksmith examines the door and tells you the price: nothing starts without your approval.
The job
Work carried out cleanly, operation tested in front of you.
Peace of mind
You close a secure door behind you, with an invoice matching the approved quote. You can relax.

Repair or replace?
Our interest is not in selling you a new lock every time something fails. When the mechanism can be restored to last, we opt for lock repair; when it is worn out or has become too vulnerable, we explain why and fit a certified model as part of a lock replacement.
