What data do we collect?

When you use our contact form or call us, we collect only the data needed to handle your request: name, phone number, email, town, a description of what you need and, if you attach any, photos of your door or your lock.

Why and for how long?

Your data is used exclusively to get back to you, prepare your quote and carry out the service. It is neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. It is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then in line with Swiss legal retention periods (accounting in particular).

Your rights (Swiss FADP)

In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, you can request access to your data, its correction or its deletion at any time by writing to info@stop-cambriolages.ch.
