What is a high-security lock?
A high-security lock combines several protections that neutralise burglars’ techniques one by one:
A pick-resistant, drill-resistant and snap-resistant cylinder, protected against bumping (opening with a percussion key).
Multi-point locking: the door locks at 3, 5 or 7 points instead of one, making crowbar leverage far more difficult.
A key protected by an ownership card: no copy can be made without your consent.
A2P certification (*, ** or ***): break-in resistance that is genuinely tested, expressed in minutes.

When should you change your lock?
After lost or stolen keys
You do not know who holds a copy. Replacing the cylinder is usually enough and remains affordable.
When moving in
Former tenants, tradespeople, the property manager: too many keys in circulation. Start fresh with a new, protected cylinder.
After a break-in or an attempt
The forced lock must be replaced with a certified model, without delay. We respond urgently.
When the lock is ageing
An old single-point lock gives way in seconds. This is your door’s most cost-effective upgrade.
